Mangiarelli Rehabilitation Physical Therapy Clinic Celebrates 10 Years of Service & A Newly Renovated Facility
Warren, Ohio—Mangiarelli Rehabilitation, a family-owned outpatient physical therapy clinic in Howland, Ohio, celebrates 10 years of exceptional physical therapy service to the Greater Youngstown-Warren community and a newly renovated facility in 2020.
After starting Mangiarelli Rehabilitation in 2010, owner Paula Mangiarelli has since grown the clinic to a staff of ten and a 6,500 square-foot facility that offers all the current modalities for rehabilitation services, including a warm water therapy pool.
Mangiarelli Rehabilitation owner Paula notes: “I started Mangiarelli Rehabilitation because I wanted to have a clinic where a therapist could provide specialized care. Our focus at Mangiarelli Rehabilitation is excellence as well as compassion, in which each patient who comes to us feels they have received the best service available. My vision was to have multiple therapists who could specialize and in doing so, provide our patients with a number of options for care.”
In the past ten years, Mangiarelli Rehabilitation has achieved that vision with multiple therapists providing specialized care. The clinic offers dry needling, sports injury rehabilitation, and industrial worker’s compensation rehabilitation as well as innovative therapeutic boxing rehabilitation for Parkinson’s disease patients, a women’s health program, and post-operative rehabilitation. Mangiarelli Rehabilitation also offers aquatic therapy in a large warm water therapy pool. With the diversity of specialties among Mangiarelli Rehabilitation physical therapists, the facility can accommodate and treat all types of orthopedic injuries and post-surgery patients.
Mangiarelli Rehabilitation recently added additional space to the already 5,600 square-foot facility:
A new unit to improve the warm water therapy and ensure patients utilizing water therapy can do so in comfortably heated water and room temperature
Remodeled patient locker rooms
Expanded area for treating injured worker rehabilitation patients and hand and wrist injuries
Astro Turf added for the sports rehabilitation program and use in senior balance programs
BTE PrimusRS testing equipment for athletes to determine the athlete’s ability, progress, and safe return to sport based on objective measurements from time of injury to return to sport
Mangiarelli Rehabilitation’s mission is to provide rehabilitation services with the highest level of skill, evidence-based treatment, personalized and compassionate care, great customer service, and an outstanding facility to all people in need of such care.
